Refund Policies

Our skilled and specialized team prioritize the satisfaction of the client by providing immaculate solutions to all your web development and promotion need. There may be some rare instance where the client disagrees with the solution provided by us. In such a scenario, we either resolve the issue or in cases where we fail to do so the payment made by the client is refunded in full or partial depending on the solution accepted by the client. Our Refund Policy encompasses the following procedure.

• If the solution provided by us is not found to be satisfactory, and the client provides a suitable justification, then the full amount paid is refunded.

• The refund is made digitally within 20 working days.

• The client is required to raise an issue within the development process of the web solution or within three days of accepting the final solution— any claims after which will not be entertained.

• Any additional delays form the Payment Gateway after releasing the payment; the company is not liable for the same.
